1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Watch Passport (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Watch Passport is the digital passport that follows your watches everywhere. It lets you store certificates and documentation securely, track service history (carnet d'entretien), and create certified digital passports for each watch—with traceability and easy transfer when you sell.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Watch Passport offers subscription-based premium features. Subscription plans and pricing are detailed within the App and may vary by region. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. Refund requests must be made within the timeframe specified by Apple's policies.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data, photos, documents, and information you upload to the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, text, and source code, is owned by Watch Passport and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use any automated system to access the App without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WATCH PASSPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Watch Passport, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
